The requirements are set high to assure only the most passionate and committed Lead Pastors will be accepted into the Network. In order to be selected you must commit to:
- Take part in all of the 12 monthly phone calls. We prefer you do this in person but in those cases where personal attendance is impossible you are required to listen to the recorded session.
- Complete the full church and pastoral assessment within the first two weeks of the twelve months.
- Listen to all 24 of the bi-weekly podcasts and comment on them in the forum.
- Participate in the email forum by sharing your learning and the peer learning of the Network
- Attendance at the two day event with Bill Easum is optional but encouraged.
- Commit to three months financial investment in the Network.
